Yesterday afternoon I rocked up late to my lecture after missing trains, spilling coffee all over myself and losing half of my beloved cherry ripe breakfast to the floor - to my surprise I stumbled in on one of my favorite creatives ever doing a presentation to my class.

Lisa Currie is the mastermind behind one of my favorite blogs - The Scribble Project: where illustrators fill out her hand drawn prompts and viewers get to visually learn a bit about their lives. Every scribbler gets the same sheet, but no two ever look the same. Her blog is a beautiful collection of these scanned artworks, and now she has a book for those who want to scribble every day. I’ve had my eye on it for so long, but it doesn’t come out in Australia until December - nevertheless I was sitting in the front row of that lecture theater fangirling hard!
